I need help setting up a Cd-Rom drive in a Compaq Deskpro. I imagine it to be a sony because when I started up the computer after installing it the "Sony Proprietay Controller" was found as a new device in the Device manager. Now all I need is the drvers for this specific drive that I cannot find anywhere. The "Universal IDE CD-Rom Driver" wasn't of any help either. It is on the second IDE port and is set to the master (it's the only CD-Rom drive in there). I need this fixed soon, please help. My e-mail is [email protected] .
