Ok here is the problem, customer installed pagis pro 3.0 software, messed there computer all up (thats a whole nother book) anyway, when you open excel the dang textbridge little icon is up on the tool bar (driving customer batty i assume) any way I cant get rid of it for anything, anybody got any ideas, ive reinstalled office, searched the registry for anything that might pertain to pagis or scansoft (the maker of it) and tried resetting the toolbar, it just comes back when you close and reopen excel.
