I'm exporting data from ACT 4.0 to Outlook 2k for customer. The export/import process occurs with no error messages. But in Outlook, all the Contacts names are gone, there are only phone numbers. Also, the info in the Todays Tasks window is only available the first time you look. If you go to some other window and return, the data are gone, as though the file wasn't even there.If I close and then restart Outlook, the data return. I tried DBF and TXT formats with no luck. Any ideas?
