I have a 12x creative pc dvd drive
and i have some cd-r Acer cd's (CD-r80, 700MB;16x mutil speed) gold in color, which normal files were put on for backup, for me.
My drive does not detect the cds(plural) and if it does i cant acess the information, cuz it takes forever, and hangs the system.
No other cdr or cdrw cd has every done dat befor, no matter what speed.
The cds are not scratched and are new.
Only Acer cds are giving the problem.
Someone plz tell me whats wrong.
This is serious i need that info, as it was sent from abroad.
There are about 12 acer cds, and they work fine on other computers,
and the creative drive is new
