Just built a customer a new PC

MIcrostar MS-6380
512Mb DDR
Athlon 1.3Ghz
Ati All-In-Wonder
Win ME

PC works fine except when you select Shut Down from within Windows the PC restarts instead.

Have fitted an AMD approved PSU and Fan, installed the latest Via 4-in-1, Latest BIOS upgrade, Re-installed ME and tried disabling power management in the BIOS all to no avail.


Anybody seen this before? Any suggestions gratefully received.
