Yes I have ICQ on my machines, I only use it for keeping in touch with My family and 1 or 2 close personal friends. And of course it helps keep the phone bills down.

I have gotten so many ICQ'S in the last few months that I am not being Mean, Sarcastic, Spitefull, or Unfriendly. I just don't have time to answer.
