I am trying ot make a Banner in Photoshop. Simple rectangular banner with colors effects and a company name in it and a Logo/Icon or whatever in the corner of it. I got it all down with the exception of bringing in a piece of clipart such as a jpg image and placing it in the banner. I can't figure it out.

Can anyone help?
