OK guys....anyone have a RIVA TNT2 AGP card and an Aladdin5 based motherboard (Mine's an Asus P5A, but I think this is with the chipset mainly) and try to install Windows2000? Well, for me, it doesn't work...ever. Trying to upgrade from 98...it says there's an incompatibility between motherboard and video card. Try a clean install to a clean partition and it'll install...but that's it. I never got it to load and run. I just keep getting a frozen black screen...even trying to boot in Win2K safe mode! Anyway, if anyone can help me with this, so much the better....and if no one can, check your configuration before you try Win2000.
