Ok here is the system:

AMD 1.4ghz T-bird
512mb pc133 memory
iWILL KK266-R
40gig Fugitsu hd
50 cd-rom
Inno3D GeForce2 MX 64mb

I tried loading Win2k Pro and it kicked me out at the setupdd.sys(specific message: Could not load setupdd.sys Error code 4).

I also tried loading 98 first(went on smooth and ran fine), tried to upgrade to 2k Pro: same error.

Other things I have done: disabled onboard raid, sound, and usb. The thing is as barebones as I can make it.

Any ideas?
