I recently installed windows 2000 on ThinkPad T20 and all settings are correct. However, I user is complaining that his laptop is freezing up after operating for 3-4 hours. The machine gets hot and the mouse freezes, control-alt-delete doesn't work. He has to shut down, unplug the power and restart 20 minutes later after the machine cools down. Also, he mentioned this problem was not happening before windows 2000 was installed. I have no clue why this is happening. Can you please give some advise how to fix this laptop?
