Have a customer with a freshly installed ME os. He is unable to browse the net because all RSACi in the content advisor are set to max. He has never enabled content advisor nor has he installed a password of any kind, however when he tries to change the settings it ask for a password. I also saw this on a NT4 OS and it too was freshly installed. None of my password diggers do any good. HELP! He also did a second reformat and reinstallation of ME. Still the same problem.
