[RESOLVED] Can't execute files copied from CD-ROM

Trying to copy [Win 98 CD-ROM]:\Win98\*.* to the hard drive.

A copy of [Win 98 CD-ROM]:\Win98\setup.exe will not execute from the hard drive.

Any ideas?
