Okay here's my configuration:

64 MB PC100 Ram
Pentium III 450 MHzzz
Western Digital 8.4 HD
40X CD-Rom
Diamond Stealth III 16 AGP Video
Actiontec 56K V.90 Modem
Windows 98 SE

The problem is everytime I put in a sound card the power will just poof go off. Whats up with that?? I have tried everything you can think of, different slots, memory etc!!!
