I ended up with a rude pre-christmas present. It looks like someone manually dented in part of my car.

The thing looks pretty bad (didn't get any paint chips though). It looks like someone kicked the spot...or possibly leaned on it and didn't realize their weight.

Anyway, no one owned up to it, and I'm right upset over it...

Ideas on what to do at this point?
