I just did a fresh install of XP Pro, and now I am having one hell of a time trying to get both my computers on the net. I use the D-Link home phoneline networking kit. It worked great under Windows 2000.
Now I use it with XP's Internet sharing setup and networking setup, and the whole thing is going bonkers. It keeps falling off the net. ON BOTH computers. Then all internet access is gone, yet I can still see the computers in Network Connections. ARGH!
I cant run cables, this is my only way. In my old setup, I had to use Midpoint light, it came with it, and it worked, should I scrap the XP Connection, and use Midpoint again? How do I reset or delete my current connections so I can start over?? Gasp...
