I used to get random "timeouts" (click send/receive= server can not be found) to my POP servers if outlook was open for 15+ minutes throughout the office with my former mail provider requiring an outlook restart to connect again. Now we have our own exchange server and I'm having this problem again with POP services. I'm thinking it's client based but I can't find any documentation on this. Has anyone seen this before?
