    Faulty Maxtor ATA 133

    OK, have run power diag on this drive and its screwed. Darn, after getting rid of my old IBM 60GXP's I'm now faced with this. Anyway the maxor software is offering the option to fix drive, which I dont want to do as I can get an RMA. What I dont want to happen is to send it back and then get it returned after the retailer has used this option. Any advice?
