working with a computer, dual 1.26ghz p3 -- had just got it (working) into a new case w/ an antec 350w -- shut it down after defining an array, was just about to mount a cd rom and the fans kick on (along with the hd) but only at what seems to be 1/2 power. I flip the switch then unplug the thing and she keeps goin for about another 5-6 seconds (caps discharging???...thats a long time). Plug it back in, nothing. I've reset the bios a 1000x, tried my antec 400w power that I got here at home ...nothing works

Everything as of now is out of the motherboard and she's sittin on my desk (no cpus, no mem, no nothin) and it didn't boot.

ideas?
