anyone like to swap jobs with me?

we have just launched a dialup number change so every person over the age of 70 on our service is phoning becauase they dont understand how to use an ins file, or want us to change their BT friends and family for them. (and we have nothing to do with bt.)
i currently have gotten my workload down to 6 calls, one of which wont give me his phone number, so when he buggers it up, hes screwed.
