Issue:
WinNT4 SP6 Workstation latest Novell client and groupwise client.
Office 2000 with latest SP and patches.
Getting error when opening Groupwise client: "The procedure entry point RichEdit10ANSIWndProc could not be located in the dynamic link library riched20.dll." Groupwise will open after you click OK, but will crash when the user attempts to open an email.

Tasks tried:
Uninstalled/Reinstalled Groupwise and Office
Scanned for virus activity with McAfee and AVG

Any other suggestions?
