Sorry to annoy all of my smart techie friends, but my sister keeps sending me annoying emails and calling me trying to get me to fix her problems that she's having with IE. Unfortunately I can't get very far coz she lives 1000 odd kilometres away.

ANYWAY to the problem! Theres two actually. The first is she cannot save web pages. Any page at all, any format at all, any location at all, it refuses to save. it says "This web page cannot be saved". Tried syncronising her settings with mine, nothin. The other problem is that some web pages wont link to another web page if it pops up. There is a pop-up stopping program installed, but it is disabled, and all other pop ups work. I've tried these particular pages on mine and they work here.

I hope someone has seen these problems before and can help, otherwise i'll have to get my sister to join here and tell you herself in her confusing net-speak "it wont download web pages"
