embarassing but i need help with windows 3.11
a customer that i have been dealing with over phone support cannot get the @ sign to appear on his computer pressing the shift + 2 key give him what he describes as to inverted commas, i also got him to try to hold alt and press 6 4 and still to no avail. i have come to the concluision that the computer he is using ( which was give to him ) is using like a german or british keyboard layout, i need to know how to change it back to good ol' english layout
