first time
o.k. just finished my first xp install and naturally i have some questions.
1)how do you copy the cabs to hard drive?can you use win explorer?
2)is farstone restoreit same as the restore option in xp?
3)in the bios it says dual channel in use or something to the effect,but the boot screen says dual channel dynamic paging mode.are they the same?
4)there is 512mb of memory installed but upon booting it reads 496mb of system
ram.
system is :intel 865gbf mother--512 mb kingston hyperx--intel 536ep modem.using on board sound video.the os is xp home.i have one more question.
5)when on line----trying to open up a page;its says page not available.in the address bar is: res c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll. what is this due to
MS ot the ISP?
