private meetings setting office xp
hello again.
quick question on office xp and free/busy in meetings.
i have a client for corporate compliance that wants to make every meeting request PRIVATE. i suggested that everytime she makes or her delegate makes a new meeting request to put a check mark at the bottom right corner where it says PRIVATE.
well she doesnt want to go through that everytime she places a meeting request, she wants them by default to be private.
Is there a setting to enable that?
