The 16 million colour diver is missing from the W3.1 driver package that S3 has posted for the Virge/DX 375 chip.

I don't know who made the card - no FCC#. The model # appears to be PT5954 and the company logo appears to be a flying capital letter "P." The "P" leans over to the right and has jet streams trailing behind it on the left.
