When trying to take a picture with an Intel Pocket PC Camera, the message "DDhelp error caused in " occurs. I've tried multiple things to counteract this, yet nothing seems to work. Windows98SE, and ME have been installed and uninstalled on 3 seperate occasions, and the software that Intel provides does not work with Windows2000. I've also tried two different versions of DirectX, 7.0a, and 8.0a (neither worked). No virii have been found on the PC (scanned both on winME, and win2000), so that's not an issue. Which leaves me with one reason...me video card. An ATI Radeon 64MB DDR, which to my knowledge should have no problem with the Windows 9x platform OS's.
Specs on my system:
Windows 2000, WinME (dual boot)
750MHZ AMD Athlon
256MB PC133 SDRAM
ATI Radeon 64MB DDR
40GB HDD
Creative Live! Gamer Sound Card

I would like to know who, if anyone, has had a problem similar to this...and maybe a way to fix this problem.

Thank You,
Brian
