I've been going over and over this thing time and time again. I'm on my 5th install in 1/2 as many days and rather annoyed. various reasons have led me to doing the re-installs, however, this is a recurring one for me, and one that I can sort of trace. here goes:

I'm getting the following errors:
0028:C18B048E in VxD Navex(02)+00038EAE

Fatal 0D 231F:01776B97

Fatal 0D 0246:016F47B

Fatal 0D 0ABEL016F268B

Open App's: Office Apps, Adobe Reader, IE. Occurs at varying times

I believe the Navex is Norton Anti-Virus crashing, and it causes the other errors in the process. I uninstalled AV and it seems to have fixed it. I was wondering if there is a patch for such a problem? I tried MS KB and Symantec's website, not much help there. Figured I try here first, but knowing my own ineptitude with MS KB, well... we won't go there.. I appreciate your help. The system is detailed below.
