Serial Mouse Problem
Hello all,
I have a PC here, and the guy destroyed his old mouse (banged on the thing), so he asked to have it fixed. His old mouse hooked up to the COM1 port via a PS/2 to Serial adapter. The MB only has a serial connection for the mouse, no other mouse ports. He bought a new mouse, a Kensington ValuMouse Scroll Mouse, PS/2 with a Serial adapter. I try hooking it up, and NOTHING I do will get this mouse working. It is an old machine, Pentium 166Mhz, Win 95............
Any suggestions??
Thanks in advance!!
