i building two systems here, both have the same motherboard (MSI 865PE Neo2-V) but different processors: one has a 2.8 GHz E with 1024 cache and 800 FSB and the other is a 2.4 GHz A with 1024 cache and 533 FSB

the faster proc has a temp of about 35 C is the bios, while the slower one has a temp of 58 C in the bios

how come the slower proc has a higher temp? is there something wrong? and for games the proc will probably run much hotter, maybe around 75 C, is that safe?
