outlook 2002 default address book issues
here is my situation:
in outlook, the default contact list is the personal contacts list. there are about 10 addresses in there. i have a global contact list that has about 5000 work e-mail addresses in it. i want outlook to use that as the default, so when i start typing a name in the TO: field it autofills the name when it find it. right now it will only autofill if the name is in my personal contacts list.....
i found an option to copy all the addresses in the global to the personal, but that was going to take a while and is not really what I want to do.
any help would be appreciated. i don't want to have to hit TO:, pick global conctact list, then pick names. i want to just type and have it autofill.....
