Help!
Setting up a temp. call center. we want to allow the users to use the remote control features of ZEN Works 4.
I have set the call senter group as remote operators for all workstaions with in our NDS tree. they can remote control if they use console one. but this would be like handing over the keys to the organization.
This software: http://www.rkaid.com/ is the perfect solution for us, but for some reason the users cannot get it to RC this way (but console one still works?)
I have set the authentication to DC as described in the readme.....
What have I missed, any tips, suggestions ?
