Hotfix: Windows Media Player for Windows XP (KB886610)
Some content providers set the AllowBackupRestore right when they protect their content with Windows Media Rights Manager. When a client backs up their licenses with the Windows Media Player 10, and then restores them and tries to play back content via one of the versions of Windows Media Player listed in the "Applies To" section, you may receive the following error: 0xC00D11B4 -- Windows Media Player cannot restore your licenses because no backed up licenses were found on your computer.
