I just think its odd that its mostly when I'm dealing with video files.
Make sure you Uninstall thru Windows anything before you take it out or move it ,
And ya if you didn't Uninstall the modem before removing Windows may still have an IRQ reserved for it cause Windows to assign one shared with something else that may not be compatable with V.card .
