 Large-Scale Faulty Capacitors
Faulty Low-ESR Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors
Has anyone here seen concrete examples of this "phenomenon"?
This site claims that there was a fairly large scale supply problem with Many Major manufacturers unknowingly getting defective capacitors.
