Ok, I've been out of the majors for a while and I'm a little rusty.

First the specs:

Pentium 4 3.0Ghz LGA775 socket

1GB PNY PC3200 D512MPC32OPT RAM
80GB Maxtor IDE HDD
250GB Maxtor SATA HDD
Lite-on 8x DVDRW
ATI TV Wonder VE video capture
Sony 200ES monitor (used for install)
PS2 keyboard and mouse
Antec 420W PSU case

PSU powers up, all fans spin up ok and mobo LED lights up, but display is black. No POST, beeps, nothing. I have pulled everything except video card and ram and powered up but no change. I have pulled and reseated the CPU and HSF. I have tried several monitors. Also tried the digital output on the GeForce. Also rechecked all jumpers and connections. Also pulled the battery and reset the CMOS settings. Nothing.

Thoughts or suggestions?
