Hi. I have a network printer (Brother HL-1660) that one user is having a problem with. Wen he sends a print job to the printer, the printer goes offline and he must physically go to the printer and press the online button to get it to print. Considering he has a high position (but does not want his own printer - go figure...), he does not like this setup.
He is the only user out of 10 users printing on this printer that has this problem.

What would cause it? How do I solve it?
I tried changing the paper setting and tray settings, but that did not help.
