Tweaked Drivers, use at your own risk

The Omega Drivers for Windows 2k/XP based on the Catalyst 4.12 are ready, go get them in the ATI Radeon section. Make sure to see the readme for important details and changes.

Also, please read and follow the instructions that are shown during the installation process, many people just keep selecting "Next" without even reading and then they start to E-Mail me because something went wrong or because the drivers are not working properly. Now that the installer changed a bit on how the drivers are installed, people should now be more cautious than before.

Whats New:
- Based on the Catalyst 4.12 Official drivers
- Fixed the version typo from previous release
- Forced some wide screen resolutions that didn't worked on previous set
- Fixed the FireGL OGL problems
- Changed readme to html style instead of text
- Added a new section to readme to include RadLinker specific changes and fixes
