I have a Dell Latitude CP notebook computer that has a power on password that the customer forgot... i tried disconnecting the CMOS battery but to no avail. Has anyone had a similar problem or maybe a generic password? I CANNOT get to DOS or boot from floppy. Or is there another CMOS battery or jumper?
