Interesting..I just downloaded that same driver, uninstalled the previous nvidia drivers, rebooted the computer, and then clicked on the new driver .exe, it unpacked to the same folder you listed, and then started the install routine automatically. There should be a setup.exe file in that folder you listed..but be sure to uninstall the current drivers from add/remove programs and reboot before trying the new install
