Hi folks.

Had a customer come in today asking why his Internet Explorer all of a sudden only gave him the option to save .jpgs or .gifs as .bmp files.

"Damn, I don't know so let's see what you're on about"

I sat down at my demo machine flashed up I.E.5.5 rt. clicked on a .jpg, selected save picture as and "what the heck" it only gives me the option .bmp. I then went to my other machine and tried the same thing - no problem I could save .jpgs and .gifs. I called my other store and they tried it on five different machines all are OK. Both systems at home are OK.

I've been through all the options in I.E.5.5 and have looked through the registry and even some .ini files. and can't find anything amiss, though I'm not really sure what to look for.

Any ideas?
