Mobo or PSU?
Was working on this box out on field service could not do anything with it on site, due to it's numerous software and virus problems. Got it back to the shop, and the thing faild to even boot anymore. At first i thought it was the psu, so i replaced it. Still no boot. The only thing that starts is the fan on the CPU, which spins one time and stops. The board is an ECS K7SEM with an Athlon1.2 cpu. 512mb ram.
I also stripped the box of eveything, cards and drives, reseated the cpu, and memory, but still no boot. After plugging it back in and hitting the power button, the cpu fan spins once and that's it.
Thanks for any help
