TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B Doesn't Recognize Blank DVD's
My DVD burner has always worked great. I've burned many data, music and video discs....Now just the other day I put in a blank DVD to burn off a movie and my program said it had insufficient space....HMMM?? So I went into My Computer and cheked the drive, when I put in the blank disc It's like the drive changes to just a CDR drive. It seems to know it is a DVD, but can't burn it. Also when I put in the blank DVD and the little "What do you want Windows to do?" screen pops up it says it is a blank CD and gives me the list of programs I can use to burn a CD. One of these choices is this....

using <need provider>
The symbols change almost every time. I've talked to 4 different techs and none of them could help. I've updated firmware, uninstalled and reinstalled the drive bought new anti-spy/virus software and cleaned out a ton of crap, but no change. I don't get it. Please help.
