Is there any way in Windows 2000 to set a local policy for all profiles to have the same power policy for all profiles logged in?

For every signon used, the monitor is set to go into standby mode after 20 minuits. I want to be able to change this to, say 60! for every new account that logs into that box!!

I dont want to go through a global policy since my corporate office wont give me rights to the pdc..

Help....Please
