To start out with, I'm a geek, so you can be as technical as you want.

I bought a used computer and the sound card is identifying itself as a "Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM)", which Creative's driver download site doesn't list as existing… I'm assuming it has another name. Any idea what it is?
