Roadrunner speed help
I have a customer who has Roadrunner cable internet. It's at his business. They just installed it, and it's only 192 down. The cost for business cable is very expensive compared to residential. Anyway, he asked, if buying another modem would defeat the download restriction. In other words, does the modem lock the speed, or is it controlled elsewhere?
