invalid directory created
While trying to install xpsp2 with a phillips cd readn write i ran into problem (cd stopped loading files to begin installation..anyways my system locked up so rebooted. tried again to no avail..Figured my cd was bad so checked and found no marks nor chips..the read\write cdrom was then removed after shutting down sys.. when i rebooted i found an additional drive in my system directory..clicked on new drive (d and turns out to be acting like a cd read\writer...[trying to remove drive...i have not had any pop ups pertaining to errors regarding...ive disabled the cd in bios and checked regedit to look for any new drives..so far i have`nt found anything..though drive is active....any ideas would help thanks...
