IE wont connect to internet
Hello,
Ive just been looking at a friends computer and for some reason IE wont connect to the net. I can ping websites and email works but just not IE.
Ive done the following.
Unticked proxy server settings under LAN settings in tools>options>connctions.
Ran Hijack this but didnt find anything
Ran windows defender and his kaspersky virus scanner but found nothing.
He said that kaspersky found a few trojans the other day and removed them.
What can I use that doesnt require net access to try and find any further troajns etc? Thats assuming that is what the problem is.
Thank you for the help.
