Dvd/cd-rw Drive Not Reading Blank Dvd-rw
I have a SONY CDRWDVD CRX310EE DVD/CD-RW Drive (factory installed).
I have tried blank DVD-RW's and +RW's but what ever burning program i use it ejects the disk and says 'please insert a blank disc'. Ive tried copying music, photos and data but none work. I have tried updating drivers by right clicking the drive under 'my computer' and clicking on hardware tab but it says there are none avaiable.
I dont know much about this and id very like help as i want to be able to back up downloaded games. Thanks alot  .
