It Isn't Fraud, Just AppleSpeak!
I think this has to be the funniest thing I've read so far this week. In case you've missed it, Apple has been hit with several lawsuits over performance issues with the iPhone 3G claiming it doesn't quite live up to the hype.
Apple has a novel defense for these allegations: “Plaintiff’s claims, and those of the purported class, are barred by the fact that the alleged deceptive statements were such that no reasonable person in Plaintiff’s position could have reasonably relied on or misunderstood Apple’s statements as claims of fact.”
