Well, I guess I tend to side with Zonie here. The more clueless (EUPHEMISM) folks are, the more they resent being made to feel clueless, and the more likely they are to take offense. I'd guess Zonie is less likely to be sued than to lose a customer for pushing the backup issue too hard.

If someone really wants to sue, they'll do it no matter what kind of release they've signed off on. The results in court are always unpredictable whether you're in the right or not.
